It keeps projects and case files, documents, meetings and time in one place. Search looks inside documents, and an AI assistant works within the project flow while leaving the decision to people.
From the need to the solution
Need
A professional firm and its clients trade documents, deadlines and meetings by email. Finding a paper is a job, knowing where a case stands is another, and the minutes of meetings stay in the heads of those who were there.
How it was worked out
A project with a structured scope: goal, deliverables, exclusions, who approves what. A sheet for projects that include a web app. A register of sources. Everything works without AI too.
Data integration
Uploaded documents are extracted and indexed on site, scans included (OCR), and searched by content, not only by title. Meeting transcripts enter the project as documents.
AI
The assistant proposes phases and actions, flags unknowns and conflicts in the scope, suggests when evidence is needed. It does not approve, publish or modify: a person always decides, and a document enters the prompt only by explicit choice.

A web app shared between the firm and the client: case files, documents, meetings and time in the same place, with search that looks inside the papers.
